Our best selling, general purpose, low EEO agarose for nucleic acids fragments with sizes 1,000 bp. D1-LE is one of our most versatile agaroses and can be used for the rapid separation of DNA and RNA fragments as well as PCR products, the preparation of plasmids, and for screening, cloning and blotting techniques. This product and many others are available with an optional Genetic Quality Tested (GQT) certificate recommended for DNA preparative gels.
A medium EEO agarose recommended for serum protein electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis.
A high EEO agarose recommended for crossed immunoelectrophoresis.
A high gelling temperature agarose recommended for agarose beads preparation, it can also be used for protein electrophoresis and crossed immunoelectrophoresis.
A high gel strength agarose specially recommended for separation of mega base DNA (up to 40 Kb) by Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) and by conventional electrophoresis.
A cost effective agarose ideal for routine rapid separation of DNA and RNA fragments as well as PCR products, the preparation of plasmids, and for screening, cloning and blotting techniques.
Agarose LM (Low Melting Poing)
Recommended agarose for 1,000 bp fragment separation in analytical electrophoresis. The low melting temperature of this agarose allows the gel to be melted without damaging the DNA so the fragments can be recovered.
Agarose LM Sieve
An agarose with a very low melting point and a higher resolution capacity for fragments 1,000 bp, specifically for PCR products between 200-800 bp; includes a quality control certificate GQT (Genetic Quality Tested).
A high resolution agarose recommended for analytical gels separating DNA fragments 1,200 bp and especially for PCR products.
